Snack 10:30am:
*2% Fage Yogurt with Honey
*1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Lunch 1:30pm:
*Robek's chicken pesto wrap
*Robek's Acai Energizer smoothie

Dinner 7:00pm:
*3 pieces baked eggplant
*3 meatballs in sauce
*3 small french bread rounds

Workout 5:30pm:
*30 minutes on eliptical (3700 strides)
