Feel Like Crapola...

Breakfast 9:15 am:
*4 oz oj/4 oz grapefruit juice mix
*1 piece buttered wheat toast

Lunch 1:30 pm:
*no appetite

Dinner 6:30 pm:
*1 small apple
*2 slices deli turkey
*1 string cheese

Dessert 9:30 pm:
*medium nonfat frozen yogurt with strawberries, almonds and drizzled honey
