Feeling Motivated

Breakfast 8:15 am:
*4 oz oj/4 oz grapefruit juice
*24 frosted mini wheats w/ 1/4 cup 2% milk

Lunch 12:30 pm:
*3 oz grilled chicken breast
*1/2 cup roasted potatoes
*1 cup steamed string beans

Snack 4:15 pm:
*large non fat frozen yogurt with strawberries, almonds and drizzled honey

Dinner 6:30 pm:
*no appetite

I had my ultrasound today...all I can say is UNCOMFORTABLE :( I feel so horrible. I hope we find out why I have this pain soon.
