Why am I so tired...

I woke up this morning feeling like I had gotten 2 hours sleep...when in reality I went to bed 9:00 and woke up this morning at 6:30. Lately I've been talking a lot more in my sleep, grinding my teeth and (apparently from what my husband says) snoring. My dad has sleep apnea, from being overweight, so I'm depressed that I might be falling into the same health issues. This, this blog, is a hope to steer clear of diabetes, sleep apnea, obesity and an early death :)

Breakfast 8:00 am:
*4 oz oj/4 oz grapefruit juice
*36 frosted mini wheats with 1/4 cup 2% milk
*banana

Lunch 12:00 pm:
*tortilla & lime crusted tilapia (nutritional info -->)
*1 cup cooked broccoli
*5 chicken gyoza dumplings
*1 small orange

Snack 3:00 pm:
*1 small apple
*12 almonds

Dinner 8:00 pm:
*1/2 grilled chicken tender sandwich on kaiser roll with red onion, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard
*side salad with cheese, croutons, onion, tomato and honey mustard
