Breakfast 8:00am:
*1/2 omelet with turkey, cheese and onion
Lunch 11:30 am:
*1 medium baja chicken sub on wheat bread
*1 small bag salt & vinegar chips
Snack 1:00 pm:
*1 cup frozen nonfat yogurt with strawberries, almonds and honey
Dinner 7:00 pm:
*Thai basil mussels with 1 cup white rice
Went out with friends to a Happy Hour tonight but still dont' feel great so I left after being there for about an hour. Did good though, because I drank club soda the entire time...so at least I'm hydrated.
