Ouch...

So after multiple test, we still have no idea why my stomach is hurting so bad. But I'm not going to let it drag me down. I always seem to make excuses (I know this, and have friends that point my excuses out). This will not be an excuse. Just a record.

Breakfast 8:30 am:
*4 oz oj/4 oz grapefruit juice mix
*36 frosted mini wheats with 1/4 cup 2% milk
*1 small apple

Lunch 12:00 pm:
*3 oz grilled chicken breast
*mesclun salad mix with red onion, beets, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs and honey dijon dressing
*1 cup vegetable soup (nutritional info -->)

Snack 2:00 pm:
*1 small orange
*12 almonds

Snack 4:30 pm:
*large nonfat frozen yogurt with strawberries, almonds and drizzled honey

Dinner 7:00 pm:
*6 chicken gyoza dumplings with sauce
*20 organic corn chips with spicy black bean dip and salsa
